We offer SAP Assessments using government
authorised software, we are able to give assessments using the recognised
Rating System of 1 - 100 on the new Part L regulations and 1 - 120
under the old regulations if required..
This ensures that ALL Council Building Control Offices in England & Wales
will accept the reports we issue.
We offer advice on Accredited Building Methods as well as offering pre-build
acoustic testing (This is an accepted alternative to pre-completion acoustic
testing, but only if obtained before construction begins on the dwelling)
and Guides on how to pass Air Tightness Testing (complying with the Part
L1A Regulations, for which we are also accredited test engineers).
We offer SAP Assessments from £120 (excl VAT) and the as-built
assessment FREE, with any minor additions required FREE with the SAP
assessment we also offer the Energy Performance Certificate FREE (for
Home Ispection Packs, please ask) and we can also offer you
a HIPS pack at competitive rates.
