A little about us   WM Diagnostics is located in Cornwall. We are less than a mile away from the A30 so we have easy access to the main route in and out of the South West and all its tributaries. We carry out Air Leakage tests for new dwellings and extentions which conforms to Part L1A Building Regulations. We can also carry out Air Leakage Tests on dwellings completed before the 1st of April 2006 the results which can obviously assist in energy saving. We also carry out Smoke Tests on Dwellings which can assist the client in locating any leaks after a test. We also carry out SAP Assesments using government authorised software and pre-build acoustic testing which is accepted by Building Control Offices.   Our Mission Statement   Establish WM Diagnostics as a leader in the field of Air Permeability testing and SAP Assessments.
